1111.10 SITE DEVELOPMENTS IN PD PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS AND IN RESIDENTIAL CONSERVATION DEVELOPMENTS
   (a)   Within every PD Planned Development District and within every residential conservation development approved according to the provisions of the Zoning Code, whether approved prior to or subsequent to the adoption of these Regulations, every proposed site development shall comply with the provisions of this Chapter 1111 : Site Developments and all other provisions of these Regulations as determined applicable by the Planning Commission and City Council.
   (b)   The Planning Commission may determine if a previously approved application, plan, plat, or other documents relating to a proposed site development located within a PD Planned Development District or within a residential conservation development comply with the purpose and intent of these Regulations and if previous approval by the Planning Commission constitutes approval of the site development. If the Commission determines that previous approvals are void or invalid, the applicant may appeal to City Council for a determination.
