1109.10 TRAFFIC STUDIES.

All major subdivisions and site developments shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 1116: Traffic Impact Management. See Section 1109.99, Enforcement and Penalty, and Section 1101.12, Enforcement, Violations, Penalties, Appeals which are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten.
