1301.03 PERMIT FEES.

No permit required by the Code herein adopted shall be issued until the fee prescribed in Chapter 1329 has been paid. No amendment to a permit shall be approved until the additional fee, if any, due to an increase in the estimated cost of the building or structure, has been paid.
