1301.02 FILE AND DISTRIBUTION COPIES.

At least one copy of the 2006 Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, as herein adopted, shall be on file with the Clerk for inspection by the public. At least one copy shall also be on file in the Portage County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk shall also have available copies of such Code for sale to the public, at cost.
