929.12 COLLECTION RATES.

(a) There shall be charged a monthly fee per billing unit for recyclable material collection service, the terms of which are specified in the City's Contract. The fee for recycling collection will be assessed for each billing unit monthly, but will be billed to the unit quarterly. The payment for the aforementioned service, shall be remitted to the City's Contractor. (Ord. 1992-221. Passed 11-25-92.)

(b), (c) (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsections (b) and (c) hereof were repealed by Ordinance 1999-1, passed February 8, 1999.)
