929.08 POINTS OF COLLECTION FOR RECYCLABLE MATERIAL: TIME LIMIT FOR RECYCLING BINS ON TREE LAWN.

   The following requirements shall be met by all residential and multi-family billing units within the City:

   (a)   Recycling bins shall be placed at the street curb, however, alternative arrangements for pickup may be made between the subscriber and the Contractor, and when approved by the Director of Public Service and/or the Recycling Coordinator.

   (b)   No recycling bins are permitted to remain on the tree lawn or curb of the public street for a period longer than twenty-four hours after the pick up and removal of the recyclable materials contained therein.
