929.06 COLLECTION OF SEPARATED MATERIAL.

With reference to the City's residential recycling program, collection of recyclable materials shall be periodic and such material shall be set out for collection as follow:

(a) Glass and metal cans shall be placed together in a recycling bin or bins.

(b) Newspaper and cardboard shall be placed separately and in a recycling bin or bins, with the newspaper flat at the bottom and cardboard on top.
