339.041 VEHICLES OF PUBLIC AGENCIES OR FARM MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT.

The limitations of Sections 339.01 through 339.04 shall not apply to vehicles owned by or operated on behalf of the Municipality or other public agencies or farm machinery and equipment.
