339.01 OVERSIZE AND/OR OVERWEIGHT VEHICLES ON STATE ROUTES AND THROUGH TRUCK AND BUS ROUTES.

No person shall operate or move upon any State route or through truck and bus routes within the Municipality a vehicle or combination of vehicles which is in violation of Sections 339.16 through 339.25, except upon special permission as provided for in Section 339.17.
