§ 150.17  FEES.
   (A)   No building permit shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of §§ 97.22, 150.15 or 150.16 unless and until the fee for the building permit shall have been paid to the City Clerk as provided herein. The fee shall be based upon the estimated cost of the work proposed by and described in the application for the building permit to which the fee shall relate.
   (B)   Fees for all building permits applicable to residential, business, office, industrial, churches, county schools and all other buildings or structures (including hospitals, nursing homes and restaurants)  shall be in the amount as set by resolution.
   (C)   Fees for signs shall be (a separate fee shall be charged for each sign) in the amount as set forth by resolution.
   (D)   In the case of a remodeling project that changes the electrical, plumbing or heating, ventilating or air conditioning (HVAC) there shall be an additional fee called special electrical, special plumbing, or special HVAC in the amount as set by resolution.
