The grantor by virtue of the signatures on said ordinance and the grantee by virtue of the signatures set forth on said ordinance, agree to be legally bound by all provisions and conditions set forth in this chapter, together forming a mutually binding contractual agreement which cannot be amended without a writing executed by both parties.
