6-3-16: PUBLICATION:
This franchise shall be signed by the mayor and attested by the city clerk. The franchise shall be published in accordance with the requirements of the grantor and state law and shall take effect upon acceptance by the grantee as set forth in section 6-3-4 of this chapter. (Ord. 255, 10-6-2003)
