A. The grantee shall pay to the grantor a franchise fee equal to three percent (3%) of the grantee's "gross revenues", as defined in section 6-3-3 of this chapter.
B. Payments due the grantor under this provision shall be computed quarterly and shall be due and payable quarterly. (Ord. 255, 10-6-2003)
