6-2-11: TAMPERING WITH WATER METERS:

It shall be unlawful for anyone to in any way tamper with a water meter, unless permission is first obtained from the water operator. Tampering with a water meter shall constitute a misdemeanor, in accordance with section 6-2-18 of this chapter. (Ord. 411, 2-21-2017)
