2-4-10: FAILURE TO COMPLY:

Any business license may be denied, suspended or revoked for failure of the applicant to comply with the provisions of this chapter, failure to comply with any reasonable condition placed on the permit, or failure to comply with other requirements of this Code. The city may charge a double application fee for applications that are submitted after-the-fact. (Ord. 416, 3-21-2018; amd. Ord. 430, 11-17-2020)
