A. Whenever the ownership, nature of the business or location of any business within the City is changed, a new license application reflecting the change shall be presented to the City Clerk or a designee within ten (10) days of said change.
B. Whenever the management of the business changes, the City Clerk or a designee shall be notified in writing of the name of the new manager, residence address and residence phone number of the new manager. (Ord. 416, 3-21-2018; amd. Ord. 430, 11-17-2020)
