2-2-11: VIOLATION A MISDEMEANOR:

It shall be a misdemeanor for an applicant or licensee to make a material misrepresentation on his application, to perpetrate a fraud on any investigative official or agency or to operate a business licensed under this chapter in contravention to the laws of the state of Idaho or the ordinances of the city.
