A. When report is received by city clerk, not later than thirty (30) days after filing of the application, the city clerk shall submit the license application and/or report to the city council for inclusion on the council agenda.
B. Licenses are prohibited to applicants with any felony convictions. A business license under this chapter shall not be granted to an applicant if it appears there has been a misrepresentation or fraud in his application. (Ord. 250, 12-3-2002)
