A. Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any adult store, adult theater, or adult arcade machine without first obtaining an appropriately classified license to do so as set forth in section 2-2-4 of this chapter. (Ord. 250, 12-3-2002)
B. License Fees:
1. The annual license fee, as set forth in the most current fee resolution, shall be paid to the City at the time the license application is submitted. (Ord. 416, 3-21-2018)
2. The request for renewal of licenses shall be made on forms supplied by the City Clerk and such requests shall be submitted by November 15 for approval for renewal by the City Council for the next calendar year. Each renewal application shall be accompanied by the annual fee set forth in subsection B1 of this section. (Ord. 250, 12-3-2002)
