A non-refundable application fee in an amount set by resolution of the city council to cover the expenses incident to processing the application for parade or event permit shall be paid to the city clerk at the time of filing of the application. This fee is not refundable unless the application is withdrawn on the same date it is submitted. (Ord. 430, 11-17-2020)
