8-15-10: OBSOLESCENCE:

A wireless communication facility, or an attached wireless communication facility, shall be removed by the facility's owner within six (6) months of the date such facility ceases to be operational and/or within six (6) months of the date such facility falls into disrepair. (Ord. 263, 7-12-2005)
