6-4-5: PENALTY:
   A.   A person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of an infraction.
   B.   The owner of any vehicle or object removed from a street at the direction of the Superintendent during a snow emergency shall be liable for all costs incurred for that removal. (Ord. 270, 7-1-2008)
