A. It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave a parked vehicle or other object upon a street within the City during a snow accumulation.
B. It shall be unlawful for the owner of any vehicle or other object parked or left on a street after a snow accumulation to fail to immediately remove the vehicle or object upon being directed by the Superintendent to do so.
C. It shall be unlawful to block, stop, or otherwise impede any snow plowing vehicle or snow plowing operation conducted by or on behalf of the City.
