CHAPTER 1423: PLUMBING CODE

Chapter 1423, as adopted by Ord. 683, passed September 18, 1981, was repealed by Ord. 860, passed May 21, 2008. Ord. 860 amended §§ 1423.01 through 1423.18, except for §§ 1423.05 and 1423.99, to refer to the associated regulations in the International Plumbing Code. For the ease of the reader, § 1423.05 has been re-numbered § 1423.02.
