§ 1423.02 FEES.

The Board of Commissioners shall establish, by resolution, the schedule of plumbing fees, charges, expenses and collection pertaining to this chapter, which shall be posted in the office of the CEO and/or BCO and may be altered or amended by the Board of Commissioners only.
