In carrying out its traffic control functions in the township, the Police Department is hereby authorized to use any and all electrical and/or mechanical speed timing devices which are now, or shall hereafter be, approved by the State Department of Transportation or any other commonwealth agency with appropriate jurisdiction. Such speed timing devices shall include, but are not limited to, the Vascar Plus and the Excessive Speed Preventor (ESP), Model TK100 and other successor models.
