(a) See § 202.99 for general code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.
(b) Whoever violates § 1060.11 shall be fined not more than $600, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by the township as a result thereof. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues, unless the Magisterial District Justice determining that there has been a violation further determines that there was a good faith basis for the person violating § 1060.11 to have believed that there was no such violation.
