A license issued under this chapter shall apply only to the operator and to the location to which it is issued, and any transfer thereof shall require amendment of the original application, approval by the Code Enforcement Officer or his or her designee and payment of the fee specified in § 816.04(b). A new seal may be issued for a replacement for a juke box, mechanical or electronic amusement device, pool table or other similar machine or device previously registered under this chapter only upon amendment of the original application, approval by the Code Enforcement Officer or his or her designee and payment of the fee specified in § 816.04(c).
