§ 640.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Any minor violating any of the sections contained in this chapter shall be taken into custody by the township police and delivered to his or her parents, guardian or other person having the legal custody of such minor.
   (b)   Any parent, as herein defined, who knowingly permits a minor to violate the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before a Magisterial District Judge, to be fined as follows:
      (1)   For the first offense, $50;
      (2)   For the second offense, $75;
      (3)   For the third offense, $100; and
      (4)   For the fourth and subsequent offenses, $300.
   (c)   Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. Any person who aids or abets the violation of any of the subsections of this chapter by a minor and/or his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor shall likewise be liable for the payment of the fines herein provided.
   (d)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of § 640.03, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs together with reasonable attorney fees and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of § 640.03 continues or each section of part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
