§ 640.03 DISORDERLY CONDUCT PROHIBITED.
   Any person who shall be guilty of any act, word or contact causing or tending to cause a disturbance of the peace and good order of the township, or causing or tending to cause any danger, discomfort or annoyance to any of the inhabitants of the township or users of the township thoroughfares, or who shall willfully make any loud, boisterous or unseemly noise or disturbance; or who shall fight or quarrel or incite others to fight or quarrel; or who shall use threatening, obscene, profane, vulgar or abusive language upon any of the public streets, alleys or sidewalks or public grounds in the township, to the annoyance of persons nearby or traveling upon any street, sidewalk or alley or being lawfully upon any of the public grounds in the township, said language shall be deemed to be threatening, obscene, profane, vulgar or abusive if it shall be such as to offend the sensibilities of a reasonable person hearing said language; or who shall indulge in immoral and obscene conduct upon any of the public streets, alleys or sidewalks in the township, to the annoyance of persons nearby or traveling upon any street, sidewalk or alley or being lawfully upon any of the public grounds in the township, said conduct shall be deemed to be immoral and obscene if it shall be such as to offend the sensibilities of a reasonable person observing said conduct; or who shall loaf or loiter or congregate upon any of the public streets, sidewalks or alleys or public grounds in the township, so as to block said public streets, sidewalks or alleys or obstruct vehicle traffic on said public streets, or alleys, to the annoyance of persons nearby or traveling upon any street, sidewalk or alley, or being lawfully upon any of the public grounds in the township, whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed or the traveling public annoyed shall be guilty of disorderly conduct.
