§ 609.99 PENALTY.

(a) The Code Enforcement Office is hereby empowered to take such actions necessary to ensure compliance with § 609.01. Penalties for violation of § 609.01 shall be punishable as provided in the general penalties code, § 202.99.

(b) The Code Enforcement Office is hereby empowered to take such actions necessary to ensure full participation in and compliance with the Young Lungs at Play Program and/or other such programs of the commonwealth. Penalties for violation of § 609.03 shall be punishable as provided in the general penalties code, § 202.99.
