§ 1844.10 INSPECTION OF MILK PLANTS.
   (a)   Prior to issuance of a permit, and thereafter, periodic inspections shall be made of all milk plants and frozen dessert plants whose milk or milk products are intended for consumption within the township. The frequency of inspections shall be at the discretion of the Board of Health. However, the Board of Health may accept the results of periodic industry inspections of milk plants by approved state inspectors.
   (b)   Reasonable fees shall be assessed to cover the cost of the initial inspection of milk plants and frozen dessert plants in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
