§ 1844.09 WATER SUPPLIES IN MILK AND FROZEN DESSERT PLANTS.
   (a)   All water supplies used for cleaning equipment, or coming into contact with any milk or surface with which milk comes into contact, in any milk or frozen dessert plant, shall be tested for bacteriological acceptability at least every six months in a laboratory acceptable to the State Department of Health.
   (b)   Any private water supply, such as a well, shall be chlorinated, if deemed necessary by the Board of Health.
