§ 1844.03 LICENSING FOR THE SALE OF MILK, MILK PRODUCTS AND FROZEN DESSERT PRODUCTS.
   (a)   A valid license is required for the following:
      (1)   A.   Processing, distributing, handling, delivering or selling milk, milk products or frozen dairy products within the township.
         B.   A fee of an amount set forth by the Board of Commissioners in the fee resolution shall be charged annually for this license; and
      (2)   A.   Selling of milk, milk products or frozen dairy products as part of a retail food business within the township.
         B.   No fee shall be charged for this license.
   (b)   Application for a license shall be made annually, before December 15, on printed forms furnished by the Board of Health.
   (c)   After due notice and a hearing before the Board of Health, the licenses provided for in subsections (a) and (b) above may be revoked or suspended upon proof of a violation by the licensee of any of the provisions of this Health and Sanitation Code.
