All milk, milk products and frozen desserts sold or delivered in the township shall comply with the acts and regulations of the State Department of Agriculture governing the sanitation, definitions, designations, identity and standards for the production, processing, distribution and sale of milk, milk products and frozen desserts, with the additions and exceptions set forth in this chapter.
