(a) See § 202.99 for general code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.
(b) In addition to the penalty set forth in § 202.99, the township may withhold future permits issued under this chapter and may refuse to approve future applications under this chapter to a person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, until such violation is corrected. The township may also proceed in a court of equity to specifically enforce the provisions of this chapter and to seek equitable relief to prohibit a continuing violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
