163.01 CREATION AND COMPOSITION.

   There is created a Commission composed of the President of City Council, chairperson of the standing committee of Council on finance, the City Manager, the City Solicitor and the City Director of Finance, and their successors in office, to be known as the Depository Commission. The first named officer shall be president and the last named officer secretary of the Commission.

163.02 STATE LAW TO BE FOLLOWED.

   The Depository Commission shall in all respects act with the authority of and in the manner prescribed by Ohio R.C. Chapter 135 as the Governing Board.
