141.08 CHIEF TO CONTROL STATIONING AND TRANSFERRING.

The Chief of Police shall have exclusive control of the stationing and transferring of all patrolmen, auxiliary police officers and employees in the Division of Police and Police Auxiliary Unit under such general rules and regulations as the City Manager prescribes.
