141.05 AUXILIARY POLICE MAXIMUM NUMBER; QUALIFICATIONS.

The Auxiliary Police Unit shall at no time exceed twenty-five men in number, each of whom shall be of good moral character, a resident of the Ashtabula area, and at least twenty-one years of age.
