733.99 PROHIBITIONS AND PENALTIES.

(a) No person shall violate Sections 733.01 through 733.11 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Ashtabula, or any order of the Board of Health made pursuant to this Chapter.

(b) Whoever violates the foregoing prohibition is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day that such a violation continues is a separate offense.

(c) In addition to the penalties set forth above, whoever operates a marina without paying the license fee or fees required by Section 733.03 shall pay liquidated damages to the Board of Health in an amount equal to two (2) times the applicable license fee or fees, which shall be payable in addition to the applicable license fee or fees.
