1336.99 PENALTY.

Any violation of any provision of 1336.01 or failure to comply with any provision contained therein, including failure to comply with notices issued thereunder shall, for each violation or noncompliance, be a minor misdemeanor. Each day of violation or failure to comply shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2001-61. Passed 5-7-01.)
