1323.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall move any building or structure within the corporate limits of the City unless he has obtained a house mover's license and applied for a house moving permit from the Building Inspector. The fee for the issuance of any permit to move any building or structure shall be as provided in Chapter 1315.
