1311.02 VIOLATION NOTICE; COMPLIANCE WITHIN REASONABLE TIME.
   Whenever any building or structure, or part thereof, is being or shall have been constructed in violation of any of the provisions of the City ordinances or other laws relating to buildings or electric wiring, the Building Inspector shall give notice thereof to the owner, agent, architect or contractor engaged in the construction of the building, structure or part thereof. The Inspector shall specify in the notice in what manner the ordinances or laws have been violated and shall require the person notified to forthwith make the building, structure or part thereof, conform to and comply with the ordinances and law. The Inspector shall specify in such notice a reasonable time within which the work shall be done.
