963.99 PENALTY.

(b) Whoever violates Section 963.30 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree for each subsequent offense.

(c) Any master, owner or person in possession, charge or control of any vessel, or any other person, firm or corporation who violates any section of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
