963.13 DRIVING ON DRAWBRIDGE.

The harbor master shall not permit any person to drive onto the drawbridge at the harbor with any conveyance or vehicle of any kind whatever after the signal has been given to open such bridge, and no person shall drive onto the bridge contrary to the provisions of this section.
