905.04 OPENING NEWLY PAVED SURFACES.

New pavements shall be considered those pavements which have been newly constructed in part, or in total, or newly resurfaced in part, or in total. Permit fee for opening new pavements shall be as provided in Chapter 1315 of the Building Code.
