§ 151.60 PERMITS.

Permits shall be required before commencing construction, alteration, or repair of any electrical wiring within the City of Ashland pursuant to the Kentucky Building Code and the Kentucky Residential Code as promulgated in 815 KAR 7:120 and 7:125, respectively, and all other applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
