§ 155.01 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT POLICIES PLAN ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   The "Community Development Policies Plan, City of Ashland, 1994 - 1996," as adopted by the Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency on October 5, 1993, is hereby adopted in full as an ordinance of the city, by reference, as if set out at length herein.
