§ 154.40 MINIMUM RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   The minimum rights-of-way in subdivisions shall be as follows.
   (A)   Highways and primary thoroughfares. As designated on the major street plan, but not less than 60 feet wide in any case.
   (B)   Secondary thoroughfares and parkways. As designated on the major street plan, but not less than 50 feet wide in any case.
   (C)   Local streets. 50 feet wide.
   (D)   Minor streets and dead-end streets (courts or cul-de-sacs). 40 feet. All dead-end streets shall terminate in a circular turnaround having a minimum right-of-way diameter of 100 feet, unless the Planning Commission approved a "T"- or "Y"- shaped paved space in the place of the required turning circle.
   (E)   Alleys and service drives. 20 feet.
   (F)   Easements for utilities, where required, shall be at least ten feet wide centered on rear or side lot lines.
