(A) The subdivider, upon completion of all improvements required by the regulations set out in this chapter, or upon the posting of cash, securities, or a bond, shall file with the Planning Commission the final or record plat of the subdivision for final
approval. This plat shall conform in every respect with the requirements specified in division (B) below and § 154.26. The final or record plat of any portion of a larger subdivision, the preliminary plat of which has been tentatively approved, may be submitted for final approval.
(B) Six black line or blue line prints and also the original tracing or other transparent copy of the final or record plat of the subdivision, or of any part of a larger subdivision, shall be submitted to the Planning Commission with a formal request for approval.
